Our first few anchor charts for reading. In the background is our novel wall (really a cupboard). We are reading Because of Winn Dixie and we track our thinking here on the wall (cupboard)! You can also see our science stuff there next to the sink...we are germinating seeds in mini-sprouters, without soil!

Teacher Organization Station....to keep me sane! I keep all of my lesson plans and materials in bins by subject so they are always on hand. Otherwise, I spend all day looking for what I need.

Crisscross Applesauce in First Grade
What a fun room! I love that tree...so so cute! My mom was a 4th grade teacher for years and I always loved helping her set up her room each year.
